Many firms employ a mobile workforce, such as communications technicians as a repair service or couriers as a delivery service. In order to ensure their mobility, additional resources are often invested in these employees, such as company cell phones.
GDM6's Business Intelligence (BI) applications allow such firms to efficiently monitor the activity of their entire mobile workforce. By utilizing the existing cellular data from company phones, the workforce may be monitored from an overall "executive summary" perspective right down to monitoring individual employees.

The system provides easy-to-use conclusive information regarding employees' performance: times and locations of stops, the correlation between expected stops and actual stops, etc. This allows identifying trends, weak spots in the provided service and to ensure expected performance.

The system empowers the firm with effective tools to quantify an individual employee's performance, as well as the workforce as a whole.
Routine behaviors and trends can be easily identified (e.g. repeated visits to an unknown location, e.g. a specific restaurant, a specific time during the week during which an employee doesn't work as expected etc).

 
The system uses only existing data from company cell phones, and this is compatible with all privacy and safety regulations. It can also utilize other existing company equipment (GPS, car tracking, etc).
