Correlation Systems bases its research and development work on the following complimentary technological fields:
Geographic Data Mining – the utilization of a combination of statistical analyses, modelling techniques and database technologies, in order to find patterns and subtle relationships in large data volumes and to infer rules that allow the prediction of future results.
Behaviour Analysis - the processing of location data in order to deduce the activity (current and future) of an object.
Data Fusion - comparing similar conceptual and logical data models, from heterogeneous sensors, to determine the existence of common, similar and/or dissimilar data elements, in order to create a unified data model.
Positioning & Tracking – the accurate positioning and tracking of targets based on data collected by different types of sensors (e.g. COMINT DF, GNSS, computer vision). It is also one of the corner stones of geographic data mining.
Grid computing – the efficient and transparent supplying of computing power, software, data, and knowledge located on many, geographically spread, devices, resources and sensors.
